"Incubcenter", the most modern business building in Târgu Mureș

A state-of-the-art office building is under construction at 64-68 Gheorghe Doja Street in Târgu Mures, under the name "Incubator House". The investment is being made by SC Incubcenter, a company controlled by Margit Gogolak Hrubecz and Zsolt Gogolak Hrubecz, owners of the much better known Târgu Mures-based Multinvest SRL.

Business incubator house for 25 residents

The project, entitled "Construction of a business incubator house, car access and platforms on the premises, utility connections in Tirgu Mures, Mures County", is funded by the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020 - Priority Axis 2 - Improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises - Investment Priority 2.1 - Promoting entrepreneurship, in particular by facilitating the economic exploitation of new ideas and encouraging the creation of new businesses, including business incubators, and will be implemented over a period of 50 months.

"The specific objectives of the project are: Establishment of a new service unit at the level of the founder company by creating a business incubator house in Tirgu Mures with the capacity to incubate 25 residents, which the founder, together with the managing director Multinvest SRL, will assist and manage in the development of their own business in the field of construction, improving the quality of the environment by ensuring an increase in waste recovery and recycling, the use of renewable energy sources, more efficient lighting in construction sites through energy-efficient equipment, and the development of new partnerships with actors involved in local development actions," reads the project sheet submitted to the Centru Regional Development Agency.

The total value of the project is RON 31,631,409, of which RON 15,446,741 is non-reimbursable funding.

7-storey building with several facilities

The building will have a ground floor plus first floor plus 7 floors, with a lettable area of 4,200 square metres, and several real estate agencies have currently advertised for the rental of offices in the building.

Facilities for prospective tenants include private parking, bicycle parking and a nearby shopping centre, while amenities include a building management system, central heating, suspended ceilings, opening windows, reception, lifts, multiple data and voice services, smoke and fire detectors, HVAC, raised floors, floor heights above 2.7 metres, secure access, permanent security, a backup generator and video surveillance.

Multinvest, a successful company

According to the portal www.listafirme.ro, SC Incubcenter SRL Târgu Mureș was founded on 17 April 2018, its field of activity is "Business and management consulting" and it is equally owned by Margit Gogolak Hrubecz and Zsolt Gogolak Hrubecz.

The same source also informs that the better known Multinvest Ltd, which has the same owners, has been operating since 31 October 1994 and its field of activity is "renting and subletting of owned or rented real estate". In the last five years, between 2016 and 2020, SC Multinvest SRL has carried out business activities for a total of RON 60.9 million and has achieved a cumulative net profit of RON 6.9 million.
