New hotel under construction in Targu Mures

Virtual Reality Zone SRL, a company established on 11 December 2018 and controlled by Gogolak Hrubecz Margit and Gogolak Hrubecz Zsolt, both with 50% of the shares, will enter the hotel services market in Mures County in 2023, once the investment objective "Construction of a hotel building, parking lots and platforms on the premises" is completed.

The investment is being carried out at 64-68 Gheorghe Doja Street in Târgu Mureș, in the Multinvest Building area. According to the site sign, the investment is a collaboration between several companies: Multinvest SRL (general designer, structural designer), Multinvest Proiectare SRL (architectural designer, installation designer) and Alfa Construct (general contractor builder, installation builder, structure builder and enclosure/insulation builder).

Six floors, 115 rooms

The construction site operates on the basis of building permit no. 411 of 31 December 2020 issued by the Municipality of Târgu Mureș, the start date for the execution of the works was 22 April 2021 and the expected completion date is 21 April 2023.

"The beneficiary of the document wants to build a hotel. It will have Demisol plus Parter plus Mezanin plus 5 floors plus 6 retired. The hotel capacity will be 115 hotel rooms. The basement will be furnished with car parks and technical areas necessary for the operation of the hotel. The ground floor of the building will include common areas such as the reception with luggage storage and administrative offices, the kitchen and the annexed areas necessary for its operation, the dining room for serving breakfast, toilets. The mezzanine and floors 1-6 will be occupied by hotel rooms and offices with linen storage rooms necessary for the operation of the hotel. The rooms will be equipped with beds, space for a coffee table and armchairs, space for storing clothes and luggage and a bathroom which will be equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. The minimum clear height will be 2.7 metres. A fitness room and server room will be set up on the mezzanine," says the project's presentation memorandum, according to which the investment is worth 9,511,200 lei.
